Pelvic floor rehabilitation can now be enhanced with MJS Bio Vibe, an intracavitary accessory that combines radiofrequency and vibration technology.

MJS BioVibe is the evolution of the renown intracavitary radiofrequency probe MJS, which has already changed the lives of thousands of women across the world, helping them regain confidence and improving their quality of life. 

The new MJS BioVibe combines radiofrequency, bio-adaptive vibration with therapeutic frequencies and temperature control, achieving a comprehensive stimulation that regenerates tissues, activates the pelvic floor muscles and boosts sensory response.

How does it work? 

During the session, MJS BioVibe is inserted into the vaginal or rectal cavity (depending on the pathology), and a controlled emission of radiofrequency is initiated.

Radiofrequency: 

It is based on an energy transfer technique that enhances the epithelial microcirculation of the organ to be treated and stimulates fibroblast metabolism, promoting the production of collagen, elastin, growth factors, and hyaluronic acid. All this is possible thanks to the ability to reach appropriate and controlled temperatures. Radiofrequency can be used in patients of all ages, improving quality of life. It is a painless, non-invasive treatment, without any risk of infection as the vaginal or anal intracavitary probe is covered by a sterile single-use membrane.  

Pulsed vibration:

The vibration is not constant, but pulsed. It ‘s activated with a button located on the probe:  when pressing the button, the probe starts vibrating (rhythmic pulses) and when the button is released, vibration stops. This pulsed mode allows the stimulus to be dosed in real time, synchronized with the professional’s instructions (guided contraction/relaxation), and prevents sensory habituation in more sensitive areas. 

It acts as a therapeutic mechanical stimulus that works in parallel with radiofrequency. This combination:

 

    • Stimulates proprioceptive receptors, improving neuromuscular control

    • Reduces pain in trigger points, with a neuromodulatory effect

  • Promotes lymphatic drainage, useful in cases of edema or pelvic congestion

Double temperature sensor and thermal control:  

It integrates a dual temperature sensor to dose the energy according to the anatomical area and to stably maintain the therapeutic range (≈40–42 °C), which is key to stimulating collagen and vascularization without the risk of overheating. This allows for differentiated treatment of the introitus/distal third (a more sensitive area requiring lower temperatures) and the fornices/vaginal vault (greater thermal tolerance due to the presence of more muscle and fascia). The result: greater efficacy where it is needed and more comfort where the tissue is vulnerable. 

This dual control makes it possible to personalize the thermal dosage in menopause or postpartum women or breast cancer survivors, where the mucosa may be more reactive. The session remains comfortable, non-invasive, and compatible with combined intracavitary and external application when required.

The probe records real temperature by area, vibration frequency, and duration, facilitating objective monitoring and the standardization of protocols for research and daily practice.
