USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
The virtual assistant available on our websites operates by means of artificial intelligence language models. In order to generate its answers, the content of the conversation is transmitted to technology providers acting as data processors on behalf of CAPENERGY MEDICAL, S.L., under the corresponding data processing agreements.
The purpose of this processing is solely to address the user’s enquiry and, where the user requests it or provides their contact details, to refer them to our sales team.
The assistant does not make automated decisions producing legal effects concerning the user or similarly significantly affecting them. The user may at any time request to be assisted by a member of our team.
The virtual assistant does not provide medical advice and does not make diagnoses. We recommend that users do not provide health data or any other special category of personal data through it. For any clinical matter, users should consult a qualified healthcare professional.
